Medication reviews

Sit down with a pharmacist for 20–30 minutes and go through every medication you take, including vitamins and over-the-counter products.

A review is a good idea if you take three or more medications, have diabetes, or recently left hospital. Eligible Ontario residents can get a review covered by the province.

What you’ll leave with

  • An up-to-date list of all your medications
  • Checks for interactions and duplicate drugs
  • Advice on side effects and timing
  • A summary we can share with your doctor

Blister packaging

If you take several medications a day, we can sort them into sealed weekly or monthly packs, labelled by day and time. It makes it easy to see whether you’ve taken a dose.

Packaging is useful for older adults, caregivers, and anyone with a complex routine.
