Delivery area
We deliver within our local area. Call us to check whether we deliver to your address.
Delivery times
Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm on a business day are usually delivered the same day. Orders after that time are delivered the next business day. We don’t deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays.
Delivery fees
Delivery of prescriptions is free within our local area. A small fee may apply to front-store-only orders. We’ll confirm any fee before your order is sent.
Receiving your order
- Someone 16 or older must be available to receive prescription deliveries
- Some medications, including controlled substances, require a signature and photo ID
- Refrigerated medications are packed with cold packs and must be handed to you directly
- We do not leave prescriptions unattended
Missed deliveries
If no one is available, the driver will leave a note and the order will return to the pharmacy. Call us to rearrange delivery or pick it up in store.
Payment
You can pay over the phone by card before delivery, or keep a card on file with us. Any amount covered by your drug plan is billed directly.
