How an assessment works

  1. Book a time

Book online or by phone. Some assessments can be done by phone.

  2. Talk to the pharmacist

We ask about your symptoms and health history in a private room.

  3. Get treatment

If appropriate, we prescribe and fill your medication on the spot and let your doctor know.

When to see a doctor or go to emergency instead

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you have chest pain, trouble breathing, a high fever with a stiff neck, severe pain, or signs of a serious allergic reaction. For urgent non-emergency advice in Ontario, call Health811.
